The returned products must be suitable for resale as new products, otherwise URBAN MOOV reserves the right to refuse reimbursement.
In the event of a refund, according to article L. 121-21-4 of the Consumer Code, URBAN MOOV must make the refund no later than 14 days following receipt of the returned item(s). The refund will be made via the same payment method as the initial order. In the event that the initial payment method does not allow reimbursement by the same method, the reimbursement may be made by bank transfer.

Our credit card payment system is 100% secure and uses 3D SECURE technology. The transaction is carried out and secured by the STRIPE bank card solution or by PAYPAL. The transmission of your bank details is done in complete security when you place your order, thanks to secure servers!
With URBAN MOOV.FR you are assured of the quality and origin of the products sold. Each item is delivered with the URBAN MOOV.FR Guarantee, valid for a period of 2 years.
In accordance with our commitment to payment security, all online payments by bank or credit card are made via the “Secure Socket Layer” security system which allows the encryption of your bank details during their transmission, then validated by the Customer on the 3D Secure portal. URBAN MOOV therefore makes every effort to prevent any fraud or piracy.
Payment methods offered
URBAN MOOV provides you with several payment methods:
1. Payment by bank cards (CB, Visa or Mastercard, e-credit card): the debit is made at the time of confirmation of your order. Payments are made via the secure STRIPE or PAYPAL system.
2. Payment by bank transfer: The bank details will be communicated to you by e-mail. You benefit from a period of 7 calendar days from the finalization of your order to make payment. Beyond this period, your order will be canceled.
3. Payment by Paypal: You can choose PAYPAL to make your payments.

Payment in installments/deferred is available via our partner Alma. Payment security is ensured by Alma and its service providers. All payments are protected by 3D Secure.

Amount of purchases
P2X: Only purchases between €50 and €2,500 are eligible for payment with Alma.

Costs
By paying in several installments with Alma, the Customer does not pay any fees. Except for the following cases:

Alma is a telepayment manager and issues an electronic certificate which will serve as proof of the amount and date of the transaction in accordance with the provisions of articles 1316 et seq. of the civil code.
Termination
Any termination of the T&Cs which bind the Seller and the customer, results in the termination of the T&Cs between Alma and the customer.

URBAN MOOV.FR is made up of a team of specialists who will be able to advise and guide the customer in their choice. These General Conditions of Sale define the conditions applicable to sales concluded between, on the one hand, people wishing to make a purchase via the URBAN MOOV.FR website https://www.urbanmoov.fr, hereinafter referred to as “ the customer” and, on the other hand, “the seller” SAS TACTIL company with capital of €2000, whose head office is located at 55 avenue jean jaures 21000 Dijon France and registered with the Dijon RCS under SIRET number: 851 645 820 00024 represented by its associate manager, in practice, Mr. Larbi IBOUREK, residing in Clichy (92).
Intracommunity VAT number: FR55851645820. The customer and the seller being hereinafter referred to as “the Parties”. These conditions apply exclusively to non-commercial individuals. The acquisition of a property through this site implies unreserved acceptance of the General Conditions of Sale.
Terms of Sales.
Article 1 - Order
1.1 Parcels are shipped in mainland France.
1.2 The order established by the customer consists of products forming part of the online catalog created by the seller.
1.3 The order can only be registered on the site if the user has clearly identified himself. To do this, the customer is asked to identify themselves by indicating their last name, first name, a valid email address, postal address, telephone number and date of birth. URBAN MOOV.FR reserves the right to cancel a customer order which presents a negative evaluation or which in its eyes presents any form of risk.
1.4 Any order constitutes acceptance of the prices and description of the products available for sale.
1.5 Orders are payable only in euros including VAT, all taxes included.
1.6 The seller undertakes to honor orders received within the limits of available product stocks.
1.7 The sales dates indicated on the site are the dates in force in the region where the company's head office is located.
1.8 The customer paying for his order by bank transfer is requested to notify the seller of payment for his order, either by email (contact@urbanmoov.fr) or by telephone.
Customer service can be reached on 03 80 71 02 32 (price of a local call) from Tuesday to Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Article 2 - Validation
2.1 The customer declares to have read and accepted these General Conditions of Sale before placing his order. Validation of the customer's order therefore constitutes acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale.
2.2 Unless proven otherwise, the data recorded by the seller constitutes proof of all transactions.
Article 3 - Availability
3.1 The seller's product offers and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the site, while stocks last.
3.2 For products not available from the seller, the seller's offers are valid subject to availability from the seller's suppliers.
3.3 In the event of product unavailability after placing the customer's order, the seller will inform the customer by email as soon as possible. The customer's order will be canceled if the customer wishes.
3.4 The availability information provided at the time of the order is given for information purposes only because the products are only reserved after payment of the order. Orders awaiting payment paid late after recording the order may thus see the stock of the product(s) ordered modified or zero. Article 4 - Delivery
4.1 All our products are shipped from France. Delivery takes place in mainland France.
4.2 The average time observed between the order and receipt of the package by the customer is 2 working days, except in the event of bad weather or force majeure.
4.3 All orders placed from Tuesday to Friday before 2:00 p.m. will be dispatched the same day. Weekend orders (placed between Friday 2:00 p.m. and Tuesday 2:00 p.m.) will be shipped on Tuesday.
4.4 In the case of items deliverable on different dates taking into account their availability, the delivery time is based on the longest time. The seller, however, reserves the right to split deliveries. Participation in processing and shipping costs will only be charged for a single shipment. The seller cannot be held responsible for the consequences due to a delivery delay. Any order not shipped within 30 days of the order is canceled unless otherwise stipulated and announced in the sales offer. In the event of a delay, an email will be sent to the customer.
4.5 Upon receipt of the order, the seller recommends that the customer check the conformity of his order and inform the seller, if necessary, of any anomaly concerning it, within 24 hours during working days, the following Monday for receipt the Saturday.
Article 5 - Sale price, payment terms
5.1 Prices are indicated in euros including tax, VAT included at the current rate of 20% excluding participation in processing and shipping costs.
5.2 The seller reserves the right to change the price of the items at any time.
5.3 The items and any costs will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in effect at the time the order is registered.
5.4 Retention of title clause: the products remain the property of the seller until full payment of the price.
5.5 Payment for items online is made by credit card, Paypal. The bank cards accepted are: Carte Bleue, Visa, Eurocard Mastercard, American Express. The customer also has the option of paying for their order by telephone or bank transfer on request.
5.6 The seller makes every effort to ensure the confidentiality and security of data transmitted over the internet. The transaction is completed and secure. The website uses a secure payment module such as SSL (Secure Socket Layer). All data exchanged on the web is encrypted. Payment is completely secure.
5.7 The customer's purchases are therefore ensured by the latter. This relates to Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, law relating to data processing, files and freedoms.
Article 6 - Satisfied or refunded
6.1 Responsibility: If returning the product to the workshop, please package your product well to avoid breakage of the product during transport. Urban Moov cannot be held responsible for any damage to the product when you send the product for after-sales service.
6.2 Defect: The seller undertakes to exchange, repair or reimburse any item presenting hidden defects or quality problems during normal use of the product. Reimbursement will be made, depending on the case, by credit to the bank account or in the form of a credit to be used on the site. Return and reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the seller. For after-sales returns less than 6 months old, please contact customer service. In all cases, the return is the responsibility of the customer.
6.3 Order error: In the event of a model or item error when preparing the order, the seller undertakes to exchange the item. Return and reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the seller.
6.4 Return by the customer: The customer has a legal withdrawal period of 14 clear days from the date of receipt of the items. The seller extends this period to 15 clear days from the date of receipt of the package. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
6.5 Upon receipt of the package, the seller will judge the perfect condition of the items. No returns will be accepted if the returned products have been visibly worn, damaged, worn, damaged or their packaging damaged or deteriorated, making the product unfit for resale.

Article 7- Liability
7.1 The products offered comply with current French legislation. The customer cannot be held liable in the event of non-compliance with the legislation of the country where the products are delivered. It is the customer's responsibility to check with local authorities the possibilities of importing or using the products or services that the customer plans to order.
7.2 The photos are provided for illustration purposes. The seller invites the customer to refer to the description of each product to find out its precise characteristics. In the event of a manifest error between the characteristics of the product and its representation and/or the conditions of sale, the seller cannot be held liable.
7.3 In the event of hypertext links pointing to other sites from the seller's site, the latter will not be responsible for the content of the information provided on these sites after activation of these links.
7.4 In the event of purchases on a professional basis, the seller will not incur any liability for any indirect damage as a result of this, operating loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, damages or costs.
Article 8 - Applicable law – Disputes
8.1 This contract is subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.

Article 9 - Guarantee
The warranty on our products is 2 years on all electronic parts, as well as the mechanical part.
The battery is guaranteed for 1 year.
Batteries are generally considered consumable due to the fact that Lithium batteries must undergo special maintenance, batteries should never be drained to 0%, you must always keep a minimum charge on your devices.
The warranty covers all uncaused failures of electronic components or motors.
Please note that breakage or oxidation of the product will not be covered by the warranty.
In the event of withdrawal, the return costs will be the responsibility of the customer. The returned product must be in new condition suitable for remarketing, a discount may be applied depending on the mileage and the condition of the product of up to 30% of the purchase price.
In the event of an after-sales service procedure for a product purchased online, round trip costs are the responsibility of the seller for 6 months from the date of receipt of the product.
After these 6 months, the outward journey will be at the customer's expense and the return at the seller's expense for a breakdown covered by warranty, if the breakdown is not covered by the warranty, the return will be the responsibility of the customer.
If sent at your expense, the package travels under your responsibility and we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to your package.
If your product does not present any problem after analysis by technicians during 6 months, we will be forced to bill for shipping costs.
Without a response following a repair estimate, your product will be stored in our workshop and/or store for 3 months, after this period we cannot store your product, Urban Moov reserves the right to put your product for recycling.
Generally, commercial or conformity guarantees do not cover:
Abnormal or non-compliant use of products / failure to comply with safety instructions;
Any modification made by you or a colleague not authorized by your reseller
Damage due to intervention by you or a repairer not approved by the manufacturer;
Damage resulting from a cause external to the device (e.g. accident, shock, lightning, use on wet surface, current fluctuation, red oxidation pad etc.)
In all cases, URBAN MOOV cannot be held responsible in the event of the manufacturer's refusal to apply its guarantee for the reasons set out above.
Article 10 - Out-of-warranty support
In the event that the breakdown or the box is not covered by the warranty (expired warranty period or breakdown not covered) our After-Sales Service will establish a quote which will be subject to acceptance by the customer.
Article 11 - Conciliation of the parties in the event of a dispute of any nature
